Terms of Use

By accessing or using any OG Project Partners Inc. ("OGPP") services, platforms, websites, SaaS systems, marketplaces, APIs, templates, consulting services, or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

OGPP provides:

• AI automation consulting
• Digital transformation services
• ERP modernization
• SaaS platforms
• Operational infrastructure intelligence
• Marketplace products
• Digital templates
• AI systems
• Managed AI operations
• Training and workshops
• Strategic advisory services

Users must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to enter agreements, provide accurate information, and use services lawfully.

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, securing login credentials, monitoring account activity, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. OGPP may suspend accounts for security risks, fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

Users agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer systems
• Abuse APIs
• Distribute harmful content
• Resell products without authorization
• Use AI outputs unlawfully

Users acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, AI systems are assistive tools only, human review is required, and users remain responsible for decisions and implementation. OGPP is not liable for business losses from AI decisions, incorrect AI outputs, or operational decisions based on generated content.

All templates, systems, dashboards, frameworks, and marketplace products are licensed, not sold.

Subscriptions may renew automatically, be billed monthly or annually, include usage-based billing, and require valid payment methods. Users authorize recurring billing where applicable.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, subject to applicable taxes, and processed via third-party providers. Late payments may suspend access, accrue penalties, or terminate services.

All software, templates, AI systems, branding, frameworks, workflows, marketplace products, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of OGPP. Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer without written permission.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business operations, financial information, proprietary systems, client data, operational intelligence, and AI models and frameworks.

OGPP integrates third-party providers including Stripe, Paystack, OpenAI, AWS, HubSpot, Calendly, Odoo, QuickBooks, Google services, and Microsoft services. OGPP is not responsible for third-party platform availability or policies.

Use of services is also governed by the OGPP Privacy Policy. Users consent to data processing, platform analytics, AI processing where applicable, and operational monitoring.

OGPP may suspend or terminate services for breach of terms, fraud, illegal activity, non-payment, or security risks. Users may terminate subscriptions according to plan terms.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGPP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, liability is limited to fees paid, and users assume implementation risks.

Users agree to indemnify OGPP against claims arising from misuse of services, legal violations, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized activities.

OGPP shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, infrastructure outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

These Terms shall be governed by Alberta, Canada laws and applicable Canadian federal laws. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or courts of competent jurisdiction.

OGPP may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
