OGPP was founded in Calgary, Alberta out of a simple frustration: the best operating playbooks — the ones used inside top consulting firms and venture-backed scale-ups — were locked behind six-figure engagements or buried in private wikis. Meanwhile, growing businesses in Canada, Nigeria, and across global markets were paying full enterprise rates for half the rigor.

We started by productizing the templates, diagnostics, and governance frameworks we had used across energy majors, financial institutions, and government programs. Then we layered in AI — not as a gimmick, but as a force multiplier embedded into every SOP, proposal, and dashboard we ship.

Today, OGPP is a phased platform: a marketplace of consulting-grade templates, an AI readiness and diagnostic suite, an advisory and managed-delivery practice, and a customer portal that brings it all together. We are region-aware by design — CAD for Canada, NGN for Nigeria, USD for the rest of the world — and we charge in the currency our clients earn in.
