2. Privacy commitment
OGPP is committed to privacy-aware, security-by-design and responsible AI practices. We aim to collect only the information reasonably required to provide, secure, improve, bill, support and manage the service.
3.1 Account information
We may collect:

- Company name, country, province/state/region
- Role or business category
- Account creation date, login activity and subscription status
3.2 Billing information
Billing may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor. We may receive limited billing information such as customer ID, payment status, subscription status, billing email, transaction ID, invoice status, payment failure notices, cancellation status and tax-related information.
OGPP does not intentionally store full credit card numbers.
3.3 Chat and AI interaction data
If you use the AI chat interface, we may collect:
- Prompts, questions and AI responses
- Conversation history, timestamps and usage volume
- Selected quick prompts and feedback on outputs
- AI readiness responses, SOP drafting inputs, automation planning inputs, KPI planning inputs and roadmap inputs
3.4 Uploaded files and review content
If you request document review or upload files, we may collect uploaded documents, pasted text, SOP drafts, business plans, AI readiness outputs, operational descriptions, review instructions, and company or contact details contained in the document.
3.5 Support and contact information
If you contact OGPP, we may collect your name, email, subject, message, account email, support category, attachments and communication history.

6. AI processing
OGPP Strategy Advisor may use third-party AI providers to process user prompts, files, text and related information. When you use AI features, your inputs may be sent to AI systems or service providers to generate responses.
AI processing may involve prompt analysis, text generation, summarization, document structuring, strategy support, SOP drafting, business roadmap development, AI readiness guidance, automation opportunity mapping and KPI planning.
AI outputs may be inaccurate and require human review. Do not submit information to the AI chat interface that you are not authorized to process or disclose.
7. Legal basis and consent
Depending on your location, OGPP may rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate business purposes, legal obligations or other lawful bases to collect and use information.
By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, submitting prompts, uploading files, purchasing reviews or contacting OGPP, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
8. Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, which may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
OGPP receives limited payment-related information needed to confirm payment, activate subscriptions, manage billing, process cancellations, confirm paid review requests, manage invoices and respond to billing issues. OGPP does not store full credit card details.
9. Email communications
Transactional emails may include account confirmation, trial started notice, billing notices, payment failure notices, subscription and cancellation confirmations, review request confirmations, support responses, security alerts and service updates.
Where permitted, marketing emails may include product updates, campaign messages, template announcements, advisory offers, business guides and promotional content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link; unsubscribing does not stop essential transactional messages.
10. Cookies and tracking
