This AI Disclaimer explains the limitations of OGPP Strategy Advisor and the responsibilities of users when using AI-assisted outputs.
OGPP Strategy Advisor is designed to provide practical draft business guidance, not final professional advice.
OGPP Strategy Advisor provides draft advisory content only. Human review is required before important business, investor, legal, financial, HR, cybersecurity, regulatory, or implementation use. OGPP does not guarantee funding, grants, approvals, revenue, investment, or business outcomes.
2. Draft output notice
All AI-generated outputs are:
- Draft materials and advisory support only
- Informational in nature
- Dependent on user-provided information
- Subject to error and subject to human review
- Not guaranteed to be complete or accurate
- Not a substitute for professional judgment
3. AI may be inaccurate
AI-generated outputs may contain:
- Inaccuracies, outdated information or missing context
- Incomplete analysis or unsuitable recommendations
- Formatting errors, assumptions or hallucinated details
- Biased or incomplete conclusions
- Incorrect legal, financial, HR, operational or technical implications
4. No regulated professional advice
OGPP Strategy Advisor does not provide legal, tax, immigration, medical, mental health, regulated financial, securities or investment, insurance or engineering advice, cybersecurity certification, HR compliance advice, accounting certification, professional audit opinions or regulatory approval opinions.
Consult a qualified professional before using outputs in regulated or high-risk situations.
5. Human review required
Human review is required before using AI outputs for:
- Investor submissions and business plans submitted to funders
- Grant and loan applications
- Legal documents, contracts and regulatory documents
- Tax filings and accounting decisions
- HR decisions and employee policies
- Cybersecurity policies
- Healthcare or care-related operations
- Financial projections, public-facing claims and client deliverables
- Operational implementation, automation deployment and ERP configuration

5.1 Paid human review
OGPP may offer paid human review services: AI Readiness Review — CAD $149; SOP Review — CAD $149; 1-Hour Strategy Call — CAD $149. These review services are separate from the subscription.
6. No guarantee of results
OGPP does not guarantee that AI outputs will produce:
- Business growth, revenue increases, cost savings or profitability
- Operational or automation success
- Regulatory compliance
- Investment, grant, loan or funding approval
- Market traction, customer acquisition or investor readiness
- Reduced risk, implementation success or cybersecurity protection
7. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The information you provide
- Reviewing AI outputs, verifying facts and validating assumptions
- Checking laws and regulations and obtaining professional advice where needed
- Deciding whether to use outputs and implementing any recommendations
- Protecting confidential information and ensuring you have permission to upload documents
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
8. AI readiness outputs
AI readiness outputs are preliminary and based on information provided by the user. They are not formal audits, compliance certifications, cybersecurity assessments, enterprise architecture certifications, investment recommendations, legal opinions or guaranteed transformation roadmaps.
A formal AI Readiness Assessment or OGPP review may be required before implementation.
9. SOP outputs
SOP outputs are draft operating documents. They may require review for operational accuracy, staff responsibilities, safety controls, legal compliance, industry requirements, role clarity, escalation steps, KPI alignment, training suitability and management approval.
Users should not implement SOPs without appropriate review.
10. Automation outputs
Automation suggestions are planning ideas only. Before implementing automation, assess process readiness, data quality, system compatibility, privacy and cybersecurity risks, staff impact, error handling, approval workflows, cost, integration requirements and regulatory implications.
OGPP does not guarantee that any automation recommendation is technically feasible, secure, profitable or compliant.
11. KPI and financial outputs
KPI, financial, budgeting or forecasting outputs are for planning support only. They are not accounting advice, tax advice, audit opinions, investment advice, financial certifications, valuation opinions or financing guarantees.
Users should consult appropriate financial, accounting or tax professionals where required.
12. Legal and compliance outputs
Any legal, regulatory, HR, policy, privacy, contract, cybersecurity or compliance-related output is for general drafting support only and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. OGPP does not guarantee that AI-generated policies, contracts, disclaimers or compliance documents satisfy applicable legal requirements.
13. Uploaded documents
If you upload documents or paste text for review preparation, the AI may analyze, summarize, restructure or comment on the content. Do not upload confidential, restricted, regulated, third-party, personal, medical, legal, HR, financial or highly sensitive information unless you are authorized to share it, you understand it may be processed by AI systems or service providers, and you accept the risks of AI-assisted processing.
14. Third-party AI providers
OGPP Strategy Advisor may rely on third-party AI providers, which may experience downtime, degraded performance, inaccurate outputs, model changes, policy restrictions, latency or usage limits. OGPP is not responsible for third-party AI provider failures or output limitations.
15. No emergency use
Do not use OGPP Strategy Advisor for emergencies or urgent safety, legal, medical, cybersecurity, financial or operational incidents. For emergencies or urgent matters, contact the appropriate qualified professional, authority, advisor or emergency service.
16. Acceptance
By using OGPP Strategy Advisor, you acknowledge that AI outputs are draft advisory content only, human review is required before important use, you are responsible for verifying outputs, OGPP does not guarantee results, and OGPP is not liable for reliance on unreviewed AI content to the maximum extent permitted by law.
